Elijah's 3rd Birthday

Elijah had his 3rd Birthday on September 4th. We had a birthday party for him at a nearby park. He had lots of friends there and had a great time.

Some of his friends, Lexi, Noah, and Gabriel

We celebrated at a local Mexican restaurant for his actual birthday

He liked the fried ice cream.

I can not believe three years has already flown by. He is the most amazing boy I could ever imagine. I would not change one thing about him. I thank God every day for him. He is an amazing blessing from a wonderful God! Happy Birthday, sweet Elijah Lincoln!

Trip to Water Park in Tyler, Texas

We went to Tyler, Texas to The Villages Resort. We had an amazing time at the Indoor Water Park they had there.

We stopped through Gladwater, where my dad lived until he was ten years old. We took a couple pictures in downtown. It's kinda cool to think that my dad was in the same place when he was Elijah's age.

This was my grandfather's store back in the 1950's. It's an Antiques Store now.

Going Away Party at the Evers'

Fenny and Rusty (the best hosts we know) had a wonderful going away party for us at their house on July 12th. It was a great way to tell our Dyess friends good-bye.

Luke was intrigued by the game. I can see him out there already.
