Christmas with Santa

Mimi and me with Santa at the B/X. This Santa was a bit naughty.

Elijah and Luke with Santa

Elijah loves Santa Claus (as all kiddos should). He ran up and tackled him when he first saw him. I think he might have hurt the poor man.

Luke is not digging the Saint Nickster

Dom Cathedral in Koln, Germany

We went to Koln, Germany and visited the Dom Cathedral. It was one of the most beautiful man made structures I have ever seen! It was massive and absolutely unbelievable!

Our Home in Germany

We bought a house a few weeks back. Directly below is a picture from the street. As you can see, it is in a cul-de-sac and there's plenty of room for the kids to play on a safe street.
Unfortunately, we are having difficulties with the people who are currently renting the house. We hope to move in as soon as possible (hopefully November). We are VERY ready to have a home again.

Below are different views from the Master Bedroom window.

Luke's First Birthday Party

Luke turned 1! We had a fun party for him at Incredible Pizza in Tulsa. We had a great time seeing all of our friends that we don't get to see a lot. Thanks to everyone for making it a special day!

He loved the chocolate cake!

Meemaw and Mommy with the birthday boy

He enjoyed the cake so much, he got some in his eyes, which he did NOT like at all!

Legoland and Stuttgart- October 3-4, 2009

We went and visited our good friend, Bruce Willett in Stuttgart, which isn't too far down the road in Germany. While we were there, we went to Volksfest, which is Stuttgart's version of Oktoberfest. It was really neat to see- LOTS of beer, brats, and lederhosen!

Elijah and Luke's first ferris wheel ride in Stuttgart. It was the largest transportable ferris wheel in the world (and it cost $25!)

Nice pair or beers you got there.

We loved Legoland!

Elijah and Jeremy on the airplane ride

Mommy and Lukey on the train- he really did like it

Pumpkin Festival- September 26, 2009

We went to the Pumpkin Festival in Hitscherhof, not too far away. It was really neat. They had lots of vendors, wine, pumkin goodies, and of course, pumpkins!

They had a really cool maze in the corn!

They say everything is bigger in Texas, but I've never seen any pumpkins this big in the Lone Star State!
